Annuaro has two plans, Free and Club. A club on the Club plan pays for one year at a time, and its paid-through date shows on the club's overview. This page explains how the club pays, what renewal costs, and what happens if the club lets the subscription end.
The two plans
The Free plan holds a roster of up to 25 current members, the join form, the full export, and email support with a reply from a person within three business days. The Club plan adds unlimited members, the dues ledger, renewal reminders, member sign-in, mail from the club's own domain, and card dues collection through the club's own Stripe account, with a reply within one business day. The help page on the Free plan and its member cap says what happens at member 26.
Where the club stands
On the club's overview, the "Plan" section reads "Club plan." with a "Paid through" line and the last day the subscription covers. On the Free plan it reads how many of the 25 places the club has used.
How the club pays
The club pays for the Club plan one year at a time. Today the club arranges payment with us by email: write to hello@annuaro.com, or press "Ask about the Club plan" on the club's Members page when the Free plan is full, and we send the year's invoice. No card is kept on file, and nothing is ever charged automatically.
Renewing
Renewal is a fresh payment each year, never an automatic charge. Before the club's paid-through date we write to the club's officers with the next year's invoice. A renewal paid early extends the paid-through date by a year, so paying early costs the club nothing.
What renewal costs
The club's renewal price for the plan it holds rises no more than 5 percent over what the club paid the year before, for as long as the club renews without a gap. A gap is a lapse that runs past the 60 read-only days described below. A club that comes back after a gap pays the current list price, and a new cap starts from that payment.
If the club does not renew
A club on the Free plan never lapses. On the Club plan, the day after the paid-through date the club becomes read-only. For 60 days officers and members can sign in and read every record, and "Download the club's data" keeps working. Nothing can be added or changed, no reminder mail goes out, and the join form and the payment link close with a notice asking visitors to contact the club directly. A notice at the top of every club page names the dates, and "Ask about renewing" under it opens a message to us.
From day 61 the club is closed and its records can no longer be reached in Annuaro. The data is kept untouched, and an officer can ask hello@annuaro.com for the export at any time until deletion.
Twelve months after the lapse date the club's account and all of its data are deleted, or sooner if the club asks in writing. A renewal at any point before then restores the account whole, because nothing is removed before deletion.
Leaving
Any officer can download the club's records at any time, on either plan. To close the account, download the records, disconnect the club's Stripe account, and write to hello@annuaro.com. The export and leaving page says what the download holds and walks through each step.
