Three promises we make to every club
Your money is your money.
Dues go from the member straight into the club's own Stripe account. Annuaro writes the ledger entry and never holds a dollar of it.
Your club owns everything.
The account belongs to the club, not to any one officer, and so do the roster and the history. A new treasurer signs in and finds everything where the last one left it. You can export all of it on every plan.
Your old records stay safe during a move.
Before a migration moves anything, we take a full snapshot of the club's current records. We do not delete it for 60 days after the move, unless the club asks in writing for its records to be deleted. A club that stops a migration gets its snapshot back and leaves whole.
Switching systems is the scary part. We do it with you.
Moving your data over is included. We move the club's records out of your current system with your officers, and we check the result together before you cancel anything. You never have to import anything yourself, and your old system stays running until you've seen that everything arrived.

We talk it through. We'll ask about your members, dues, events, and the system you use now. Bring your board's questions too.
We move the data together. We take a snapshot first, then move the data, with your officers involved at each step.
Your club checks, then decides. Nothing gets canceled until you have checked that everything arrived. Your board sets the pace.

No. Dues go into the club's own Stripe account. We keep the records, and the club keeps the money.
What happens when our officers change?
